Sports Betting Writer specialising in Australian bookmakers
About the Author
Sarah Kelly is a sports betting writer with nine years of experience covering Australian bookmakers, from AFL and rugby league to horse racing and greyhounds. Her approach starts with the basics: she checks whether a bookmaker holds a valid licence and how its terms are presented to customers. From there, she reviews the wording of welcome offers and bonuses, paying close attention to wagering requirements, minimum odds, and expiry dates. Withdrawals are tested in practice, with payout speed recorded across several payment methods and compared against the times each operator advertises. She also looks at the everyday experience of using a site or app, including navigation, live odds updates, and how easily account support can be reached. Sarah’s aim is to give readers clear, verifiable information so they can make their own informed choices.
